By opening an account, accessing the dashboard, or utilizing any financial services rendered by Nexora Bank, you irrevocably agree to abide by these Terms of Service, along with all operational guidelines and banking rules established by the institution.

2. Multi-Account Administration

Nexora Bank provides account holders with four primary operational vaults: Investment Account, High-Yield Savings Account, Operating Current Account, and Fixed Deposit Vault. Users agree to maintain adequate balances before issuing payment requests or wire transfers.

3. Account Suspension & Security Measures

To preserve institutional liquidity and counter financial fraudulent activity, Nexora Bank reserves the express authority to immediately suspend or restrict dashboard access to any account exhibiting anomalous transaction activity, subject to prompt internal audit and administrative review.

4. Investment Disclosures

Yield projections on tech indices, sovereign green bonds, and commercial property trusts reflect historical compounding metrics and market performance. Capital allocated to investment products is managed in accordance with sound portfolio diversification practices.
