Privacy & Data Protection Policy

Effective Date: September 19, 2026 • Version 3.2

1. Information We Collect

Nexora Bank collects information necessary to provide institutional-grade banking, verify customer identities under Know-Your-Customer (KYC) regulations, and safeguard against unauthorized financial transactions. This includes personal identifiers (name, email, verified telephone numbers), transaction ledgers, device IP telemetry, and biometric authorization keys.

2. Cryptographic Security & Encryption

All client data at rest is secured utilizing AES-256 bit encryption algorithms. Financial transmissions over public networks are enforced through Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) protocols. Administrative access is restricted to authorized personnel subject to immutable audit log tracking.

3. Data Sharing Restrictions

Nexora Bank does not sell, rent, or lease client data to third-party marketing entities. Telemetry and ledger data are disclosed exclusively to authorized clearing switches, payment networks (such as Mastercard International), and statutory regulatory bodies when required by prevailing jurisprudence.

4. Client Privacy Rights

Clients retain the right to request comprehensive extracts of their transaction ledger history, update personal contact credentials via their dashboard, and request secure account deactivation pursuant to statutory financial retention schedules.
